One of the things I like about Ann is that she regularly flies in the face of the PC *crappola* which is so rampant these days. Yeah, she's a satirist and entertainer; the woman most leftists/socialists love to hate....
She also cares very much about our constitution and the freedom of speech.

Nope, I don't... I'm calling an individual a wench based on her personality, which doesn't not qualify. Apparently you don't understand the definition of hate speech:

I am not attacking her for being a woman, nor for being a Christian, white, or even for being a Republican... I'm attacking her for being a despicable person. She, on the other hand, attacks groups with offensive sweeping generalizations and vitriol. Do you see the difference?? And for the record, I'm not "railing against hate speech," since I said numerous times that I support her right to say anything. I'm just answering the original question, which asked what people think of her - and I think I've answered that pretty clearly!
Nothing thoughtful, attractive, intelligent, or, frankly, redeeming about this woman. She is a shrill, nasty shrew of a woman who has been running a game on the media for years now. I'd really be surprised if she believes any of this bs she spews.

Your post is typical of what the leftists always do to those they disagree with, and that is to attack a persons intelligence, looks, or education. But they never want to debate the issues with them. Why is that? Is it because they know they would lose?
The game that's always played by the left is that if you don't like the message, you attack the messenger. There is no debate. And if there is an attempt at debate, you only get cliches. Never substance.
One can read through the posts on this thread and see exactly which side it is that "spews" (a word they love to use) hatred and venom.

Rush Limbaugh comes to mind, attacking Chelsea Clinton when he disagreed with her father. If Bill had had any cohones, he would have paid a visit to Rush and tied his ears in a knot.

I have a few books by Bill O'Reilly and other conservative authors at my library, and they don't offend me in the slightest... I perused Ann Coulter's book to decide whether or not to order a copy, and all I could see was hateful drivel. So if you can't tell the difference between constructive controversy and hate speech, that is your issue - not the liberals.
I would like to know where you find a statistic showing "how many conservatives can't stand [Ann]? I would have to argue that they aren't really conservatives at all, because Ann is a conservative.
I don't consider Ann's writing or speaking "hate" speech (which is what the left always call opinions that they disagree with). Ann does have a way with words; but it isn't "hate speech". She knows how to use sarcasm effectively; but, sarcasm isn't hatred. It's a device.
Neither is Ann's work drivel. But, again, that's what the left loves to call views that they disagree with, because it marginalizes. That helps them justify there own opinions and makes them feel better about themselves. It confirms their belief that they are better than everyone else, and that only their opinions have value.
