Dr. Orly Taitz' suit now up to 122 with 12 active duty soldiers.

122 plaintiffs signed up: 12 of them are active, 9 state representatives, most of others are in active reserves

Will SCOTUS say an active military soldier has no standing?

Here is an interesting read about Orly's meeting with Justice Scalia. There is a second interesting story at the end.

Meeting with Scalia and coordinated cyber attack

It seams to me that a SCJ would know why certain suits were dismissed but Justice Scalia said he did not.

How right you are. Under the UCMJ there are administrative procedures to challenge the authority of a commanding officer. Under SCOTUS rules you cannot file a case in the federal court system until you have exhausted all administrative procedures available to you. None of the active duty peoplle or members of the reserve have done this.

I actually could see a lot of approving nods, smiles, many gasped and listened intensely. I could tell, that even Obama's strongest supporters wanted to know the answer.

Those REAL lawyers were laughing at you you frickin' twit!

I thought the same thing. Just because they're polite doesn't mean they agree with you.
