Having a flashback? The story is from 07/06, and the guy was let go without charges after being hauled down to the police station.

Important in light of the recent shooting by a cop. They don't want to be photographed or filmed. If ever there's an effort in a state to ban photographing cops, people need to remember why it is they want that.
