I think it's a great idea. The more exposure the better. 10percent of the population is gay so that should be represented in our superheroes as well..

World's first lesbian superhero.

Must have been a real twisting of arms to convince a bunch of single male cartoonists that they would need to draw the female form with Triple d's in a leather outfit.

So when will be the first porno, I mean movie come out.
Besides I always thought Robin was the first gay character in Gotham. Why else would would a mild mannored wealthy bachelor want to hang out with a young man in tighty whities. It wasn't for his crime fighting powers.

WHAAAA 1 outta every 10 people is not gay. lol Even the most liberal advocating polls/surveys estimate about 3 or 4% of the general population to be homosexual. Think about it for a second; 1 outta 10 people is not even remotely realistic.

Okay, so it's 3 or 4 percent. I agree with you. No need to panic over the numbers.

I'm fine with all of it. Gay superheroes will lead to more gay jokes. More gay jokes will lead to more laughter. More laughter will lead to more happiness.

Ok i'm sorry 4% are openly gay and 6% are in the closet. I know there is a stronger prevalence of homosexuality than just 4%. I'm a nice looking guy and get more looks of that nature (the >3 second rule) look (that i wanna see so mo look) than 4 % of guys. They aren't lookin at me cuz i got green hair though they might like my green eyes.

Anyway in Downtown Toronto 1 in 2 guys are gay so for me half of all superheroes should be gay.

I'll compromise on 10% nothing less!

I just outlined to you that i think it's even more than 10% but i'll compromise on no less than 10 - you think about it. Besides if you're not gay, how do you know a guy is comin on to ya or givin you the look - you don't so you are hardly an expert on gaydar - UNLESS.

Dudette.

LOL i'm not that hot but i'm not an ugly boy either, by any stretch so because 1 out of 2 are gay, i'm happy with the attention - but no not 1 and 2 like me or OMG i'd be so busy.
