Well they could just take Rush's stance and hope Obama bombs and America goes down the toilet, just so they can keep their jobs. Seems like a reasonable path to a republican.

The real question is, why can't the Republicans come to grips with the fact that their policies got us into the terrible mess we're in today. They were in charge, they deregulated the financial sector, they started the war in Iraq, they ignored the Constitution (not to mention our laws and values), and they built up a huge deficit by speding money like drunken sailors - all with nothing to show for it.

Once they come to grips and take responsibility for what they've done, they'll be able to realize why the people sent them packing in 2006 and 2008.

They already know Xpat, but they don't care. They just hate looking this foolish so they stick to their guns and try to save face. Its pretty sad because this is a great moment in American history, and we might just get ourselves out of this George W hell weve been in.

Love of party before love of country. Ideology über alles. Repeat anything, no matter how baseless or trivial. The theme becomes ever more reminiscent of those "it will NEVER go away" Obama birth certificate diatribes...tens of thousands of words manufactured from 100% pure aether. Here we go again, or here we go still? It seems some are just stuck on...well, you know...

I know, its sad to think really that Republicans won't let him try to rebuild this country without making it hard on him. I mean they won't even give him a chance. But o well, I'm sure hes prepared for their baloney and will manage to bring us up out of the ashes despite them.

If you're worried about the mess in America now ...

You should have thought about that before you voted in a president who personally campaigned for an islamic, communist man (Raila Odinga) who was responsible for butchering thousands of Kenyans. Looks like Obama has pathetic judgement skills.

Yeah because that has so much to do with America right? that affects America a lot. Like I said before, Obama could beat his wife and do blow all day and I wouldn't care as long as he ran this country correctly and got us out of the hole Bush dug.

Well you're set up for disappointment because the man has no leadership skills "Call me if you need me", doesn't know his stuff "Israel is a strong friend of Israel's" and has horrible discernment skills as evidenced by all the bad people he associates with.

Right because all the people he associates with are "bad" and "bad" people can't run governments. You yourself sided with a man who was an alcoholic coke head and destroyed this country in every way possible for the last 8 years, so why would anyone listen to you? Obama is set up to lead this country, and he has been diplomatic about it as opposed to just shutting out anyone he doesn't agree with.
