I haven't had a chance to think about Cuba but will a reform in the embargo be a good or bad thing?

A change could be either good, bad, or neither good or bad. It depends on what the change is.

No change until the commies are out of power. They need us more than we need them. Besides, Cuba can trade with the 150 other countries in the world. Why don't they?

Of course a reform will be better. Would have been years ago. This is just an overlong carryover from the Kennedy administration.
