Seems to me that Liberal Dems support equal rights under one law. Not rights under different law depending on your finances.

Conservatives also think that way ..... hell, even republicans think that. Do you have any proof that republicans have had a multi tiered justice system in place in the US? If so, links please.

Now, if you mean that your outcome in a civil/criminal trial is wholey dependent on the talent of your lawyer and the rich certainly have more access to the better lawyer, in that you are correct. But that certainly is not a republican thing. Just look at all the various trials the vaunted democrat Kennedy family has been involved in over the years -- and how many times they were found 'not guilty'.
