Who will get a part of this stimulus package? Is this like the previous stimulus checks we received right in our pockets?

A very strong argument could be made for just giving this money directly to the people. The problem with that is it equals 2700 for every man woman and child in this country but it is entirely deficit spending. We would be doing what the govt. does by borrowing from ourselves.
As long as that 2700 per person is going to pork spending and pet projects that are promised to create jobs (short term ones) they can spend it better then we could. Or so they wish us to believe.
