There is no down side for GOP governors. They are not accountable if the feds want to send them extra money. Of course they want the stimulus package to pass; its free money. They have their dirty hands out because they don't want to have to actually govern and cut their own states bloated, mismanaged budgets. Governors can't run back to their free Washington, D.C. area homes and hide from their constituents like Congress does.
