Even I didn't know the GOP was this pathetic.

Fresh off his stint as a war correspondent in Gaza, Joe the Plumber is now doing political strategy with Republicans.

When GOP congressional aides gather Tuesday morning for a meeting of the Conservative Working Group, Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher – more commonly known as Joe the Plumber — will be their featured guest. This group is an organization of conservative Capitol Hill staffers who meet regularly to chart GOP strategy for the week.

Despite the trolls here on c-d I guess the GOP don't mind taking some advice from a tax-cheat.

I think it's a weekly breakfast meeting...pig though he is, I dont want them to snicker at him. Hope he does well

He REALLY has a good agent. This will look good on his resume when he runs for Senate, and he'll meet people.

One of those things that makes you say "huh?"

Dude go home. Your 15 minutes are up. And you suck embarassingly at debate.

Joe needs the GOP like the GOP needs Joe.

Joe acts like he has a clue, and the GOP acts like it cares about the middle class.

The Grand Illusion.

Wow, the GOP is as intellectually bankrupt as they have made the country as a whole.

I really agree with you here. The guy asked a simple question that is flaunted all over the media as if he asked about the meaning of life and now he's milking it for all he can get. I can't help but believe some agent saw $$$$ and is pushing him through this course. It's kind embarrassing if you ask me.

Go home Joe. Run for public office if you like, but as otto said, your 15 minutes of fame is (or should be) over.
