Sadly, it's not. This thread was started back in 2009, which just shows you how long the hysteria over Obama has been going on. It's obvious that certain people in this thread don't even understand what ebonics actually is. For them to claim that Obama has an "ebonics accent" just makes them look even more ignorant. This reminds me of when certain folks were clutching their pearls and nearly passing out when he and Michelle first did a fist bump on camera. It was hilarious watching the flurry of comments online, as if they were communicating in some kind of secret black code. You really have wonder how sheltered some of these people are. Some of them act as if black people are a different species.
