Yes ebonics has, but an ebonics accent, there is no such thing. You either speak ebonics or you don't there is no "accent". Obama speaks very well. Here ya go, in case you are confused about what real ebonics is:
Yes, there actually is an "accent" that people descended from Africans have. African languages are among the languages where the intonation of a word can change its meaning, so naturally this is something that's culturally inherited.
Studies show you can tell the average Black person on the phone no matter what grammar and vocabulary used. Of course, you can always change that speaking style, which Obama can and has done.

Remember the classic scene in "Airplane" (1980)?. Plane is ready to take off. Two very TALL athlete-looking black guys apparently get into an argument in their adjoining seats. Young stewardess looks worried...fellow passenger Barbara Billingsley (stereotypical "white suburban housewife"..played the mother in 'Leave it to Beaver')....flags down the flight attendant; offers "Excuse me, miss; may I help? I speak 'Jive'"...Billingsley then leans over to the two guys, converses briefly with them in 'jive'..they smile and relax...stewardess is relieved and grateful...plane is now free to take off.
HILARIOUS stuff....and no, it didn't sound REMOTELY like Obama..
