Who would have thought that criminals and rapists would want the people to be unarmed.......

Hernandez faces 36 counts charging him with sexually assaulting and kidnapping a teenage girl while he worked for the program, the Chicago Sun-Times has learned. He’s among at least nine employees of the anti-violence program to face serious criminal charges in recent years.

I am sure that most criminals are FOR GUN CONTROL. What a wonderful world for them! Libs are just too dense to understand that criminals will always acquire weapons and that disarming citizens makes them easy targets for criminals.
Being a liberal must be like a child's "opposite day" in which one vacates rational thought and chooses the exact opposite position of common sense and reason.

Police have long been suspicious about whether CeaseFire provides a cover for employees to commit crimes. They point to CeaseFire worker Sylvester Hudson, who was charged last year with selling heroin to a federal informant outside CeaseFire’s headquarters at UIC.
Another CeaseFire employee was sentenced to Cook County boot camp in 2011 for possession of a machine gun/automatic weapon, records show. Since 2010, five other CeaseFire employees have been sentenced to federal prison — and a sixth was sentenced to probation — in drug cases
Chicago police officers who don't trust the group's workers because many have criminal backgrounds.
That's why it was surprising to many when the city forged a first-of-its-kind, $1 million contract with CeaseFire in summer 2012, as Mayor Rahm Emanuel and police Superintendent Garry McCarthy looked for unconventional ways to reduce homicides, which eventually exceeded 500 that year.

The internet would be a heck ova lot cleaner if we could prevent waste of space threads like this one from popping up and cluttering the interwebs....
What exactly is the intention of this thread anyway? One guy, who happebns to be in support of gun control, is also a criminal, and that somehow invalidates the entire premise of the gun control argument?
Uh, No.
The same way that a criminal who is pro gun doesn't undermine the progun argument...
I'm sure if I look hard enough, I can find an example of a pro-gunner who raped someone, and say, "oh, no wonder they want to have guns" and it would have exactly the same effect. now wouldn't it? It'd be just as valuable an argument as this little bit of diatribe is, which is not very valuable at all.
