Yes Biden said that Obama would be tested, and that Obama would show that he has a spine of steal and would pwn those tests. Ok not verbatim but since were just spinning things to mean what we want I thought I'd throw it in there. All presidents face unforseen challenges, to deny that makes you unworthy of this debate. Biden stated that Obama would be one of those presidents and would handle those challenges accordingly.
