So if I go shoot a deer during season, does that mean the deer's family can sue me for taking away their family member? NO, cause animals DO NOT have rights.

How many wild animals do you see down at the police station pressing charges against other animals for rape or murder? None, cause animals DO NOT have rights.

To have rights, means they are equals, and legally that is incorrect.

Absolutely! Animals feel pain, fear, devotion, sadness, grief, sense of loss, maternal/paternal instinct, etc. These feeling may differ species to species, but how can anyone not feel an empathy or sympathy when an animal's right's are not considered? Why do you even have to have this explained?

Animals have saved people from dangerous situations. Tell a blind person with a seeing eye dog or a mother whose child depends on a dog to alert them to a seizure that an animal should not have equal rights to humane and sympathetic treatment and consideration. Dolphins have pushed humans ashore to prevent them from drowning. What is wrong with you people to believe that humans have the right to rule the universe and dictate what species is important enough to be respected and protected. Humans are the hideous creatures that will kill just for the sake of it. People that do not understand all of this are the ones that prove that we (humans) are just an experiment in a form of life gone awry.

You must inform the deer that it's hunting season, and then get their consent to be hunted - otherwise you are infringing on their rights.

Animals do not rape. It is all consensual.

Your Honor, "She was begging for it."

When did you decide that roaches were part of the animal species? They are insects. You could have come up with a better response to my post...or could you?

Since when are you an expert on animal reproduction? Have you seen horses breed? It's 10 seconds of violence.
Just because instinct tells the mare to stand when she's in heat doesn't mean she likes it...or even said, "oooo, baby!".
There have been studies on dominant male primates raping younger males AND females.
Ever see a male llama rape ewes? It kills the sheep. They die from the violence and suffocation.
Ever see a buck goat m*sterbate? He's so frustrated, he'll mate with his chest and any log or box or bale of straw...

Sorry - I stand corrected. They really are a lot like humans, aren't they?

Aww! Bless your little heart, you think such sweet things!

vick wasn't convicted due to animal rights, he was convicted due to animal welfare, and the fact that he was breaking laws.
