As a Christian, I've never aimed at being Holy. Being Righteous (in right standing with my God) is the only real mission for me. Maybe other people make it harder than that. I just refuse to.

Probably the Amish. They always dress modestly, they are God-fearing and very nice folk.

Yes! Thank you. I forgot.

Hutterites too, from what I hear. I get free-range organic chickens and turkeys from these folks.

God fearing? I still think fear-drive is a bad thing. At least for me.

Ah man. I thought the topic said "People of which religion are the hoTTest?"

Well at first I thought we had a real thought provoking topic here, but this is just silly.

Aren't there some indigenous tribes where the people pierce nearly every part of the body? Those people are probably the most holey.

Religions aren't hypocritical, people are. Even those who claim to be athiests, open minded, tolerant and so on.

As far as it being the "American Way"? You might need to travel more to experience more.

I'd say that some of the most determined followers of their religion, with regards to being so-called "holy", would be Islamists.

Look at the things that are done, just about everywhere they happen to be, in the name of their god. Even if it's a small minority, say 10%, that's still about 100,000,000 give or take.

Not too shabby.
