I would save.. these are TEMPORARY tax cuts... there is no incentive to spend... therefore, the smart thing to do is save or pay down debt...

I'd save at least some of it. But I'd probably spend some too...maybe a trip to Boston? I've never been to New England

The estimated $20.00a week for the average middle class american in payroll tax cuts wouldn't go far. In the mnean time the hollywood producers will gets millions in tax cuts in the stimulus.
