All conservatives anti-socialist until they get their first social security check. Is this a true statement?
No they use the term very loosely to create panick to try and stop anything they don't want the government to do. There use of socialist and socialism is very loose.
So you would take money from the younger generation just to get back at those from the older generation who took from you?
why is it you recognise that SS money comes from the people of this country. yet you think that the stimulis money comes from the "goverment" for too long this money that comes from the WORKING people has been misused for all the goverment programs of those that dont or never worked. yep Im not socialist.

I fully realize that the stimulus money comes from the people. All government money eventually comes from the people. The people do a very poor job of recognizing that. Conservatives just don't want to give up that "little bit" of socialist candy called the social security check. If they did maybe they would think seriously about an alternative to social security and a viable strategy to transition from social security.

Excuse me? That's my money that stole from me EVERY paycheck... they are only returning it in small increments... I would of rather put it into a savings account.. at least I earn more money without destroying the government in the process or stealing other people's money.... which is what socialism does... where was the option of not putting money into Social Security... heck I will give up EVERY PENNY in my SS account if I don't have to pay any more SS taxes.... how about that?
