Republicans are bound and determined to dig in their heels, and hope Obama's efforts fail.

I feel sorry for the people of LA. What in the world compelled them to elect a governor who believes in exorcisms?

I thnik they should let the states that don't take the money not have to pay the principal with interest in coming decades. Do it by income tax credits on individaul tax payers. Their grandchildren will thank them. if a person moves make them continue to pay.

He'll be taking the money, you dont EVER find ANY Republican where money is not paramount on their list of priorities, and even though a bunch of southern redneck Repug governors are sounding like they dont want the cash, it only shows what charlatans the entire group is, and how their supporters can be so easily fooled.

Remember, it's their party that created this mess.
