How does one person giving one speech in celebration of black history month make this a "prominent topic" for the Obama Administration? Can someone really be that dense?

"Holder urged Americans of all races to use Black History Month as a time to have a forthright national conversation between blacks and whites to discuss aspects of race which are ignored because they are uncomfortable."

Obviously, Holder hasn't visited this Political Forum on this city-data site just yet to judge for himself how blacks and whites have forthright conversations about aspects of race!
