Except for the mercury in the tuna, beans and starkist would consitute a relaitvely healthy basis for a diet that also included some fruits and vegetables.
At least constipation would not be a problem for anyone in normal health. Beans are high in fiber.

I've been eating out three times a week instead of two and trying to move as many of the expenditures I'd planned on over the second half of the year into the first half as I can. Just trying to do my part for the economy while all the bozos are out there hunkering down. Some of you'd better hope that Obama doesn't propose a Cave Tax as part of his fiscal responsibility initiative...
