As my grandfather once said, Socialism only works until you run out of other people's money. Seems you are the one that could use a lesson in history.

That definition makes George Bush the biggest socialist in the World (used our tax money until we ran out of it)

Well, that was true until Barry took over.

I have no objection or aversion to charity or to helping those in need, and I'll thank you to not make such an unfounded accusation again. Not that I need to explain myself to you , but my wife & I choose several charitable organizations that we support on a regular basis, as well as several community organizations that we support with our time & work, and not just our money. What I do have an aversion to is someone else, ESPECIALLY the government, telling me who I am going to be forced to help, and how much of MY money I need to give up to help them, whether I want to or not. Especially ewhem the government is going to support stupid, inane causes. How many hundreds of millions of dollars to provide coupons for digital cable converter boxes? Worse, home many more hundreds of millions of dollars to provide education as to whether you need a converter?

As to Obama spending all those years as a community organizer; it appears he learned well how to take money that isn't his from one group of people & give it to another group. He's certainly working hard on doing that now on a big scale. As as with so much of his agenda, I HOPE HE FAILS at this part as well.

It's easy to understand how the language of the above post could appear to the reader as an attack on community organizers in general, and President Obama in particular. Alas, there are no federal tax forms that allow you to indicate which government spending is deemed worthy of your
financial support.
However, the thread topic is Rush Limbaugh; I did see a post that says he donated 250k to charities. Good for you and Rush and me; we all donate to
the less fortunate. Personally, I hope Obama succeeds: "The measure of a civilization is how well it treats its minority citizens." Mahatma Gandhi

Default Limbaugh gets pwned by Republican caller

Yes, folks, there are still Republicans who are smart, conservative, and not in love with the raving lunatic echo chamber of rightwing radio hosts. Like this guy.

Limbore prostitutes his propaganda spewing services for a very tidy sum. Just look at him...his ugly soul is written on his greedy, nasty face. Seriously, he is horrible to listen to and very hard on th eyes. He's a walking, talking sack of annoyance and repulsive rhetoric. In an alternate universe, he would be used as fertilizer.

Someday when conservatives are no longer willing to have their party hijacked by con men, we'll have checks and balances back at the table the way they were always meant to be. America is not meant to be a one party system.

Duuuuh ... Tell me something I don't already know. Not every Republican is a Limbaugh fan or listens to conservative talk radio. Contrary to the popular belief of libbies ... We can and do think for ourselves.

I happened to actually hear the call. I thought the caller made some pretty good points, but made a mistake in calling Limbaugh a Nazi. Even though Rush Limbaugh has called other "Feminazis", I don't really believe that it makes it right.

By calling Rush a Nazi, the caller greatly reduced the credibility of his call. Too bad.
