If You are happy with him, you shoulda been happy with Bush, because nothing has yet changed & it dont look like anything will change for the better. Obama cant even pull the troops out of Iraq.

In 2012 we will get another chance & hopefully ALL of America will have awakened to the fact that huge gov't, be it Dem or Rep run is simply bad for America. Your poster boy spent more on his first day than anybody ever before him, he costs us more than any other for security, he signed the most expensive piece of stupidity America has ever seen & called it a "stimulus package". He is more irresponsible than any that came before him & has in a little over a month added hundreds of billions to our deficit. All while looking for tax evaders to put in his administration.

Great job!
You sound like you want Obama to fail.

Angry righties aren't good for America.

Totally and you would be too if you were able to see further than blind partisanship to the left

If I recall, when W was president there were many 'rabid left wingers' posting about. They said things such as W wanted to kill black people (Katrina), W was building FEMA camps to put liberals in, and that W was going to orchestrate a national emergency in order to suspend the 2008 elections.

Strange how partisan politics makes memories very short, eh?

Unprovoked? are you serious? He provoked us & the world for 12 years honey. If a parolee violates parole for 12 years would you be all for letting him go free? The world, the UN anyway had a responsibility in Iraq & it refused to act on it. Instead of bashing Bush you should applaud him for Iraq & doing what the UN had pledged but failed to do. He made alot of mistakes but toppling Hussein was not one & if not for liberal crybabies I dont think he wouldhave been wasting time trying to stabilize the area.
It serves our interests much better for them to be killing each other, which, at the end of the day, is exactly what they want.

As for the people who died I guess you can blame Bush, but the truth is the UN killed those people with their ambivalence & Saddam with his arrogance. Besides we will never know just how many Saddam himself killed.

That aside I think we should have pulled out the day we found him in his hole, one 9MM thru the brain & backfill on worldwide TV & then come home. "Bang, flop, varooom" its over & dont with & the world is a better place.

I'm not angry & I dont want him to fail. Not in the sense I think you mean.
I'd love him to be a great President. Its just hard to conceive of an unqualified inexperiences man with socialist leanings being good for America.

Whats bad for America is huge Gov't , inexperienced leadership & partisan politics. I'm real sorry if that defines Obama.

What I want is for America to be the great country it once was. Independant, isolated & free. I dont much care about Iraq, Europe, Asia or anyplace else, we have issues here that will never be addresed until we get away from The Obama's & Bush's & embrace the constitution & the principles that allowed us to become great. Following the leader never did us any good at all. In the 1700's we set the trend for the future. We did not look to Europe or other failed systems, we realized that we needed something new & special if we were going to build a better country than those who we left. It was not easy, there were no guarentees.
But we did it, a bunch of ignorant illiterate second class people took on & bested the superpower of the day. Then we set about buiding something new, something better.
Now, we seem to be at a cross roads, we can play follow the leader & go down the road to socialism as Europe & many other places seem bent on, or we can hold strong to our principles & move ahead as an independent nation on our own strengths.
We are still emulted across the globe, the European union is just one sign of that.
We are still the best country in the world. But the best dont stay the best by doing as lesser societies do, they stay the best by setting trends & retaining financial, military & political independence.

In short we need the ability to care for ourselves first. A President with that in mind would cut forien investment & aid, not borrow 800 billion dollars.
I dont want him to fail, but I wont pretend I dont think he will.
Failure is relative anyway. I think he will serve his term & collect a check till he dies. I'm certain thats all the sucess he really ever wanted.
We need selfess leadership dedicated to the country, not a career.

Saddam Hussein was a threat to the Saudi Royal Family. For his arrogance, he, along with a huge number of innocent Iraqi civilians, was killed.

We are in Afghanistan to install a government that will lease a western oil company a secure gas & oil pipeline route through that very harsh and dangerous land. We have not yet succeeded in installing that government. We could stay there forever and we will not succeed in installing such a government. Past time to get out of both places.

Tin Knocker fails to see that we have the selfless leader he desires.

Big Government is created to serve Big Businees. They create a government to serve and protect their interests not ours.

I would prefer a socialist economy to Monopoly Capitalism any time. The Monopolists will destroy freedom as fast as possible to maintain their privlege.
