Because.....they waste their freaking time probing steroids, spygate, and now college bowl system. This is one hell of a sorry government that ever existed.

That's pretty funny! I'd rather have them investigating steroids in baseball than raising my taxes or increasing the size of the government. Renaming post offices is another good diversion too.

Boy that makes me sick. Why do you people support those clowns? What motivates you to take time away from your families to drive all the way across town on YOUR gas and YOUR limited free time just to pull some silly little lever in some porta-john looking booth every November 7 for some one who is going to rape you?

In the old days when we were young and asked what we wanted to be when we grew up, we might say a Doctor, Actor, Architect or a Lawyer or some good paying job. In the future when a young child is asked what they would like to be when they grow up there will only be one answer: "I want to work for the guberment so I can makes lots of money without actually working".

I'd rather have them balance the budget and do things that actually impact my life in a meaningful way.

This is capitalism. If a given sport becomes overly corrupt, people will stop watching it, or a new sport will come along.

That's true, but this government will never vote for a balanced budget...so I'd rather have them spending their days doing nothing meaningful. It seems that 90% of the bills they vote on either a. increase spending, b. increase regulations, or c. remove freedoms.
