Looks like the right wingers don't want to talk about their own issues. They would rather talk Obamas hair color.

This weekend they gave loud voice to the "Joe Biden met in secret with the AFL-CIO". On the Fox News show "Fox News Watch" the host and his "analyst" sidekick went into their typical hysteria over "the press was excluded", IT WASN'T, "we have no idea what Biden said", REALLY, A TRANSCIPT IS AVAILABLE, then went on to berate the Obama administration for wanting transparency regarding John Yoo's legal briefs, (YEAH, WELL THERE'S PRETTY STRONG EVIDENCE OF A CRIME THERE!)

Of course Rich Lowry (still messing his pants over Palin's wink-a-thon) chimes in with "the Obama people would like nothing better than to have every Biden event closed to the press". Yeah Rich and we'd welcome a respite from your UNFOUNDED hysteria.

I ask you; FoxNews, LIARS OR HYPOCRITES?

Okay, I'll play.

The inaccurate reporting is in the OP. What they said was that cameras were barred. There was mixed information regarding who made the decision, and that's what they reported. They said that there were print reporters and that a transcript was to be provided.

Here is a link to a story that was run on Thursday - before the weekend.

Cameras Barred from Biden's Speech to AFL-CIO - First 100 Days of Presidency - Politics FOXNews.com (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/first100days/2009/03/05/cameras-barred-bidens-speech-afl-cio/ - broken link)

Perhaps before rggr accuses me of lying he/she should not PROCEED TO PASS ALONG LIES. Following is the quote from the Fox host, Jon Scott, that I referred to in the OP.

SCOTT:
Quote:
Let's talk about something else. The Obama -- candidate Obama promised us an open administration, and yet the vice president goes down to address this AFL-CIO convention in Miami Beach -- it's closed to the press. We don't have any idea what he said there. Is that fair?
He then goes on to point out another instance of Fox, and his own intellectual dishonesty (that's a polite phrase for LIES) by referencing Fox's THURSDAY news story. Which doesn't explain why Glenn Beck was touting it on his THURSDAY show, nor why Beck has yet, and never will apologize for his continuing lie.

Try to get your facts right before accusing others of lying.

Next time, ask them to define socialism. I did this w/ two people and they couldn't even give a basic answer.

Are those people at Fox lying about all the Burmese Pythons slithering around in Florida? I guess that is a lie since all they do is lie.

Perhaps you should learn the definition of lying. I never said you were lying. I said your post was inaccurate.

My post was not a lie either. I don't even know how you think that. I passed along a link to a story that was on Fox on Thursday - prior to the weekend - that showed that what they reported was not the same as what you said. That's all I was saying, and I supported it.

I don't police Fox or Glenn Beck. Post a direct link to him giving false information, and I'll acknowledge it. If he gave false information, I don't know why he did. Since you seem to think that all incorrect information equates to a lie, I see why that's where you landed.

Hey, be a bleeding-heart liberal, let them be both.

Dear Fox knows their audience does not question - they're the blindest of sheep, only safe in the cozy Fox fold. Their refusal to be independent and willingness - need - to be guided are the key facts that Fox Noise relies on to stay in business.

Well its clear they support that bill so you dont think its obvious what they were talking about behind closed doors. But you have been proven that is not exactly how it was said.

Be honest Biden is known for making gaffes.

So much for transparency
