They've been hoping for Republicans to go along with their hair-brained ideas so that when their socialist agenda lays an egg they can blame Republicans. The OP shares the same concern as most liberals that the screwy plans they have put in action will fail and they'll be out of Congress in two years. They should realize they are in trouble by now. Obama's approval numbers are already tanking. He's dropped 24 points since taking office.

The only answer is to defeat them at the polls. This 60 vote threshhold in the Senate is just hampering needed and popular legislation. Go after them politically.....continue to tie them to Rush Limbaugh.

The more they whine and cry, the more you know what you are doing is working.
Same ratings in the polls so far as Nixon and Bush. Also if it stays where it's @ on day 100 Obama will own the biggest negative swing in recent presidents (could sky rocket though to greatest of all time). Seems Mr. IRS audit isn't instilling much (any) confidence in his muddled messages. You guys better hope Obama figures this whole thing out for your future in elections (Democrats). This is the last best hope for democrats, this is your best leader in decades. If he fumbles and is out in 2012 Democrats will be again in the minority for a good little while.

I see the GOP losing more seats in the 2010 cycle. Of course the nuts in the deep South will retain their seats but elsewhere, not so much.

I see a poll jump in Obama's not too distant future, probably a substantial one. Once the money from the Stimulus Bill makes it to the States and Infrastructure Projects begin you will see an uptick in economies health and people will support him even more. I know in our State they have already begun the bidding on the projects, it was on the news last night. He has done more for this country the short time that he has been in office than your wackjob you had in there previously for 8 long years can even fathom. And that is a fact jack....
