Using your logic, why should any worker including managers get "bennies?" Why have a minimum wage, 40 hour work week, hell why workmen's compensation or unemployment benefits? I'm why not just turn the U.S. into a 3rd world country and call it a day?

I find that question sickening. What makes you think non managers don't deserve benefits? A lot of people post on these forums about how everyone just wants welfare and handouts while doing no work, but in your opinion someone who works hard for very little money shouldn't get any benefits either, that's ridiculous and extremely classist!

John Stossel is a putz. It is now 2009, and STILL there are corporate shills in the media who deny man is having any effect on climate change.

Stossel is one of them

They should get benefits because it will cost us taxpayers less money. Who do you think is footing the bill for their children's health care? The tooth fairy???

And who, in the end, will end up paying for these entry-level employees benefits?

This is not accurate. Stossel is NOT a conservative.

Contrary to what you may believe, one can disagree with the stimulus package and still be a liberal. In fact many liberals are against the stimulus package.

So, you would prefer to pay the government to administer the benefits instead of the employer? Oh yeah, real savings there.
