I didn't think we would ever find something to agree on! But there you go stating what I have thought all along. Everyone wanted change and no partisan politics and we haven't received that yet. We need to hold the congressmen(women) and representatives responsible for not doing enough to help the citizens. If we can agree on something then it really shouldn't be that hard for politicians either.

Yes he did, I think we should vote out everyone once reelection comes. Show them that they didn't do enough for us so we are done with them. I think that would show everyone that U.S. citizens don't like being stepped all over and lied about.

I'd go along with that if we could pull it off. Even if the Dem/Rep ratio stays the same, next mid-term, everyone in gets shiit canned! What a message that would send.

wait a minute, Jeti mind trick again. You only left part of my post. ARe you trying to make it seem like i agree with everything you stated? hmmm

Here is the entire thread again....

There you go again. I'm beginning to think you all are trying to do the Jeti-mind trick.

I did not say he has no responsibility. The president drafted a spending bill, everyone complained, he threw it back at them on MOnday and said that they need to work together to come up with something better (did bush do this? no)

Who else voted for the TARP????
And finally, he did engage both the Congress and Senate, republicans and democrats, but children will be children and throw tantrums because they can not have their way. Like i said, the Congressmen and Senators no matter what are set for life, so what are WE as people going to do to hold them to tasks for their failures????

Why the freak (you know what i really want to say) are we the people that voted them in office arguing and fighting amongs ourselves?

I'm sorry I just love using mind tricks lol. I just quoted the main thing that I care about, accountability for failures. Like I said in a prior post we as citizens should show everyone we don't mess around by electing someone new for every seat in congress. I know it would be hard, but if we could pull it off the govt. wouldn't think they could walk all over us anymore!
