Good news, and, I am glad to see that SecDef Gates has kept his word.

I'm a little concerned about how they will define 'extraordinary' circumstances moving forward, but, this is a step in the right direction:

It's about time.

I'd like to see them stop 3, 4 and 5 deployments for reservists. This is more than active duty have to serve.
