Why not take advantage of the weakness Obama has shown. With the trillions upon trillions being obligated to everything but defense and talks of cutting spending on what we do have he's shown his cards before anyone even had time to bet.

I disagreed with Bush being anywhere near that office from the 2000 primary on down. Voter fraud was not seriously investigated, recounts were abandoned, which set the tone of abuse of power before he ever put a foot in the door.

The day I stopped obediently sitting in the back of the bus biding my time was the day a sitting potus uttered the words 'the constitution is just a piece of paper'. How is that not grounds for immediate dismissal? He disqualified himself from the office.

Whatever failure to communicate, I think that one statement sums up his reign quite well.

The country would have been in much better shape today if McCain had his name on the republican ticket in 2000, with or without Dick next to him.

McCain had my vote in 2000 primary because he was his own man then. After the neo con brain warping machine he was beyond all credibility. I doubt 911 would have ever occurred if McCain were in office then. Osama's bloody poetry-- the sins of the father will be visited upon the son. We're just the chumps in the middle.

With that one damning statement, he invalidated his Oath of Office!

That's a completely unsubstantiated quote. The story "broke" on a website and has never been confirmed.

Did President Bush call the Constitution a "piece of paper?" (http://www.factcheck.org/askfactcheck/did_president_bush_call_the_constitution_a.html - broken link)

Yes, he did. In word, and in deed.
