Seems I also remember reading that those enemy combatants who were released to whatever country were "promised" by the receiving country that the former enemy combatant would be retrained in non-violent ways, would be repatriated, so to speak. So much for promises, I guess.
Yeah, the story is a little old, but strangely it just popped up today, huh?
