How can you Liberals argue with this tidbit?

I'm sure you'll find a way....
If I get on TV and say the sky is falling ... is that "news"? There is a difference between opinion pieces and news.

I bet they can find someone on TV to say that it will not bankrupt us. Then, which "news" is right? It's all opinion at this point ...

Will a report from the Congressional Budget Office suffice as news, and not opinion? They report that Obama's proposed budget will result in a trillion dollar deficit each year for the next ten...what they call "unsustainable" debt.

When questioned about the report, spokeperson Gibbs basically blew it off, claiming that it was too pessimistic, and Obama is confident in his numbers.

News is what happened, not what may happen. It could be news that these people and entities SAID what they did, but "Obama's Budget Will Bankrupt America" is not news.

Interesting....let's choose moonbeams and kittens over reality. The math doesn't lie, people, no matter how much you wish it away.

Yeah... well... I think fair-minded folks need a little more than that.

You won't have to wait long before Obama steals Bush's crown.

Understand, twowolves, that this is one man's opinion. Just because someone said it on TV doesn't make it fact. Context helps everyone to decide just how credible this "news" is.
And Senator Judd Gregg was appointed by Obama to be his Secretary of something. Gregg accepted it and backed out after taking the job. He has worked on the inside, hasn't he? Oh well, he was appointed by Obama because he was a Republican and because he knew more about budgets than about anybody. Obama did say that, I think.
