The UN is a meddling organization with an agenda. They are full of bureaucrats that are living off of the members contributions. The US pays entirely too much of the budget and gets all the blame. The UN regularly puts countries on the Human Rights Council that have horrendous records of abuse of Human Rights. The UN needs as much reform as our 2 party political system. They are both full of corruption and good old boys clubs. Reform them both or abolish them. I guess you can see my feelings about the UN now?
Typical. Shoot the messenger. What about the human right's violations. Don't you have an opinion about that. What importance is it who is reporting the violations. The violations are what is important and what we intend to do about it. If not the UN, then who?
The conflict "way back" has nothing to do with the innocent Palestinian families and children there now. Basic human rights and needs trump all else. I would believe the God that created ALL people would agree with me on that.
To believe what you wrote would mean we must give America back to the Native Americans and the rest of us should get back on the boat.
I believe in upholding human rights and needs of all people, PERIOD!
I think that all Jew-hating Israel critics, if they are honest, would agree that Americans should return the U.S. to the Native Americans and get back on the boat. Absolutely! Hear, hear. How dare you hold onto land that someone else once called home? What are you thinking?
Oh, wait . . . you must mean that since we Americans have had the land longer than, say, a couple hundred years, we don't have to return it now. Israel, please hang on a little longer and even the Jew-haters will be forced to concede that it's all yours!

Wow. I can't tell whether the "jew-hater" race baiter remark is sarcasm or stupidity.
Are you marching with Jesse Jackson and the rainbow coalition today?
A favorite technique of extreme leftists and Islamic extremists (ie Achmadinajad) is to equate, explicitly or implicitly, the mideast situation with the Holocaust. Their purpose is to delegitimize Israel's existence.
It is a disgusting and abhorrent technique. This poster should be ashamed.
It is denial, or preferring to look the other way, of any country or race oppressing another that I am against. Most all of this denial/looking the other way has to do with self interest or ignorance. This practice of denial would include Achmadinajad's denial of the Holocaust.
Have you ever wondered what makes an 18 year old so desperate that they make themselves a suicide bomber?
-Could it be the >65% unemployment and >50% poverty rate in Gaza and the West Bank caused by the military occupation and confinement from Israel. Are the Palestinians without hope for a future?
-Could it be that Israel has long denied the Palestinians of basic human rights such as timely medical care, housing (Israel has bulldozed many Palestinian homes illegally to build Jewish settlements.), and resources?
-Could it be that Israel has done everything possible to make daily life extremely difficult for the Palestinian people? (One example is the multiple check points Palestinians must go through to reach areas with hospitals etc....).
By denying that Israel has denied Palestine basic human rights is to deny human rights PERIOD. This is a step back for mankind!
Stop drinking the Kool-Aid. It is not good for your mental health.
The Arabs are an enemy people to the Jews (they themselves swear to this relentlessly). Jews should not be required to provide aid to the enemy, and yet, AND YET, Israel provides massive humanitarian aid to the Arabs, on a continual basis.
Jews in Israel have no interest in "making life miserable" for Arabs in their midst. They simply want to stay alive. Like you. Like me. Like any other human (except Muslims who prefer bomb belts). If the Arabs want the conflict to stop, they need to stop attacking Israel with their bombs and their homicide apparatuses.
"Desperation" does not make any normal, sane person strap a bomb to himself and murder people. Jews in Nazi Germany did not do this to Germans, and they were a lot more desperate. Black slaves in America did not do this to white people, and they were a lot more desperate. Countless other peoples have found themselves in wartime chaos and did not respond by murdering innocent bystanders.
If you are so concerned with the plight of the Arabs in Israel, turn your anger toward the world's Muslims, particularly the Arab Muslims, who benefit directly from the misery of their brothers. If you fail to see how Muslim Arabs are responsible for this situation, then I would quote Obama in calling your response a "phony outrage."

So this justifies killing innocent people. Anyone who committed the atrocities above should be dealt with, but killing and imprisoning innocent people is not the answer. It only makes the problems worse. By your logic anyone who MIGHT be capable of killing should be killed before they have a chance. That is a good strategy...kill them all because eventually they may harm someone else. Why take the chance. The problem is that there some actual innocent Arabs and persians, but who really care about that right.
