Of course it was a silly comment, its always silly to see the free market run, make profits, and thereby increase the DOW on its own without governments manipulation. Thats just silly..

And believe me, your hero Obama is not the main reason for the market going up the last five weeks. He has helped though by not being so anti-buisness and condemning companies for making a profit.

IMO we are nearing the bottom of the downturn in our economy and the market is forward looking. Not as much bad news everyday and people are covering there shorts. And how about Wells Fargo Made some real good money selling them this morning.

You can credit banks if you'd like ... however I'll credit Obama .... for being exactly the type of leader this country needs right now !!!

Obama's intelligence and leadership is restoring confidence in the market.

Of course the Wells Fargo news had a lot to do with today's rise, but Obama's inspiring leadership is projecting a sense of long-term stability, and giving people a feeling that the worst times are behind us.

And that type of confidence is also helping to drive the market higher.

You'll credit Obama because like most other Obama supporters you have no clue what you're talking about.

Thanks. I call it like I see it, I don't beat around the bush.
Don't worry though just about everyone in this thread has no idea what they're talking about when it comes to the stock market, me included. But I guess it's fun to pretend for some people.

It's time for big banks to start throwing expensive retreat parties again.

Thanks to Obama!
