I hope Obama will pressure congress to give some power back to consumers. Basically, this article explains that whenever there is a credit card dispute and the credit card company takes the debtor to arbitration, it's basically a kangaroo court. The credit card holder cannot excerise this option and credit card companies have won these arbitrations, even if the one they are going after, was a victim of ID theft.
If the mods want to move this to business, they can. I think it is another controversy though.
