Sounds like some of the twitted posters don't get that as far as stature in the US goes, you don't get any higher than the President and his family.

As far as stature, you can get MUCH higher than the POTUS. The POTUS is a "public servant". On the day before Obama was elected, he was a joe blow, next day President. Hardly the highest stature. Old money families in Boston have much higher stature.

As to being born outside of wedlock, what do Ronald Reagan, Pat Robertson, Barack Obama, Sr., Jesse Jackson and Todd Palin all have in common? They all knocked up their girlfriends and then married her. It happens, folks.
