Sounds like some of the twitted posters don't get that as far as stature in the US goes, you don't get any higher than the President and his family.

Sounds a lot like sour grapes.

Ummmm....
As far as stature, you can get MUCH higher than the POTUS. The POTUS is a "public servant". On the day before Obama was elected, he was a joe blow, next day President. Hardly the highest stature. Old money families in Boston have much higher stature.

You guys do understand The Queen, was born into a blood line of royalty don't you? She wasn't some Michelle type rif-raf from the street.

The Queen also isn't some b*stard child born to a teenage mom as our current president was.

Don't forgot that Bush II winked at the Queen.

In all seriousness, who cares? You detractors just now seem like bitter people with nothing to live for.

Barack and Michelle are just two cheap joe blows plucked off the street and elected. No lineage. No royalty.
America fought a revolution so Joe Blow could be president. You don't need lineage or blue blood to be successful here. That's sort of the point.

This is for you, NCN:

The warm conclusion to the Obamas' Royal meeting was matched by the rest of the US President's engagement, which was both informal and affectionate.
But hey, thanks for the rep point.

And, of course, the conservatives wailed when the speaker of the house gave in to local customs. Nancy Pelosi covered her hair in the Middle East and oh how it was thought to be un-American! Now the president and his wife should be considered unmannered boors?

As to being born outside of wedlock, what do Ronald Reagan, Pat Robertson, Barack Obama, Sr., Jesse Jackson and Todd Palin all have in common? They all knocked up their girlfriends and then married her. It happens, folks.

I was glad Pelosi respected Middle East customs and covered her head. Now if someone could just teach Michelle some manners......

The only person that I know of that has their shorts in a wad is you... I must have missed the massive protest last night on 10 Downing Street on the Nightly News or this Morning's News for that matter. You really hate that the U.S.and World love Obama don't ya? You despise him with the hate that you spew... News flash, the 2012 election cycle for POTUS will be Obama's to lose...

See ya...

Neither of the Obamas had parents who did business with the Nazis well into WW II, unlike the Bush clan. Now that is riff-raff, money or no. What
number is your family on the list of Boston Brahmins? Or in New York? That
post sounds like nothing more than yet another white boy who's pissed off that he hasn't been as successful as Obama. May it give you indigestion or worse.
