Liberals criticizing liberals on merit. Works for me. Conservatives criticizing conservatives on merit works even better because I see it so rarely. Hysterical rants, wild accusations without evidence, rooting around in trash pails looking for dirt just to have something to fling around... I'd rather not have my POTUS distracted or my country pay 70 million dollars for an investigation about infidelity ever again. Can we all vote on that??
Thank you for posting that; I had missed it, as I haven't visited the Front Page Website for some time.
Horowitz, as always, made some excellent points, and I have to admit that I, too, have fallen into the "he's an idiot" trap (though I still wonder what he's thinking — much of what he does seems nonsensical).
But Horowitz is right; we will get through it, and if we are watchful and involved in our government, we can make a difference, and perhaps prevent much of this money from ever being spent. The mid-term elections are coming, and I suspect, as Horowitz said, there will be fewer people voting Democrat than in 2008. That's the way it works, and it has always been that way. Why should this be any different?
The key here is to become involved and let your elected officials know how you feel about the issues. They still need your vote to hold office.
I actually love this article - it actually is a complete knock against Obama: "It is true that Obama has shown surprising ineptitude in his first months in office" but cleverly disguised to tell Conservatives that he is not the Anti-Christ or whatever.
Conservatives criticizing conservatives on merit works even better because I see it so rarely.
Still rare. I'm patient, and I can withold my vote indefinitely.
Vigilence in gov't 2 thumbs up.
