Given the way the NRA promotes fear of loss of second amendment rights, some responsibility should be accepted by them in this incident. (I said some not all)

If you try to change the way people think in order to gain support for your cause and people act on the ideas you promote, you have some responsibility.

Does it then follow:

Given the way the left promotes the anti-war movement, some responsibility should be excepted by them for the riots in London, France and Germany.

Are you seriously implying that there is something wrong with the anti-war movement???

Do you prefer the pro-war movement, and the astronomically higher bloodshed, death and destruction it supports?

Indifference and defensiveness from the far right and joy over the killings from the far left. That's about par for the course.

Whose joy over the killings?
Please show me where this occurred in any place other than your head.

I really can't answer your questions until we ascertain whether or not the left was responsible for the riots.

It does seem oxymoronic to oppose war with violence - but hey, their passions were inflamed.

so if he had a true AK assault rifle, then it is a true assault rifle and covered under NFA34 by the BATFE and he had to be cleared for it by his local sheriff or he had it illegally.

if it was only a semiautomatic rifle, then it is not an assault rifle and people should stop calling it as such.

would like someone calling a honda civic an 18 wheeler.
