Since I have all this time on my hands :>( , I was just thinking about how a lot of these folks that are against it, like Tony Perkins, say that these courts "are going against the will of the American people?"
How does he know? His Focus on the Family polls?
So I'm just trying to see if he's right.
IMO, most Americans probably think like me on this, while I am against gay marriage, I am even more against laws preventing it, usually only on religious grounds and/or homophobia.
I looking forward to how this comes out.
If you're not in the US, I prefer that you don't vote, since it may skew the answer that I'm trying to "prove": right wing religious fundlementalists saying stuff like "the will of the American people, is being threatened by gay marriage."

If it's a discrimination issue, then absolutely yes; as long as triads, quads and so forth can marry, as well as mom/son, dad/daughter, sis/bro.

Darn, I didn't read the poll. I thought the poll question was the same as the thread.

Oh well.

Why is your poll question opposite of your op thread question? Is that intentional deception? If so, it nullifies the poll results.

I think when you can marry your poodle, then gay marriage should be legalized too!

Now, since its offensive to even think (well, at least to most human beings, we will disregards the weirdos who think its ok, as that will 'skew' this train of thought), that a person could marry thier poodles, its also offensive to Christians and other Religions who think its wrong also, to have to put up with our tax dollars going towards the marriage of indiviuals, such as a man and man or woman and woman. (Yep, they have to 'register' to get a marriage lisence, so, they are wasting man/woman hours to register them).

I would never approve this, and we 'know' what the Bible says about homosexuals...so, as I always say, Democrats have no morals, as they are the ones pushing for this form of marriage. Leave it between a man and a woman!

May the LORD Bless each of you.

I wish you well...

Jesse

High praise indeed, and whilst I appreciate the compliment, there is but one true God. By the way, you didn't even attempt to answer my question.
