You want the real answer? This IS a Christian nation, and Christians (the majority of this country) do most of the work and make most of the money. Liberals just HATE that! Also, it isn't "hip" to be a Christian person with strong family values today. It's hip to be a gangbanger or a homosexual, and everyone has to pay attention to them and give them what they demand.
The things that used to be appreciated in America (marriage between a man and a woman, raising a family, hard work, etc) are now openly mocked. Now the people who have carried this country for decade after decade have been declared "bad people", and the street thugs and perverted gays are the things that people want our youth to look up to and emulate.
It won't always be that way. Soon enough, people will realize that what we always knew was right REALLY IS right, and things will turn around.

In this new American political climate, I wonder why we dare celebrate Easter openly. I can share only that I remember my questioning of the Christian faith.
So, for those of you who don't understand the celebration of Life that Christians are sharing with each other, the party is a come one come all event and every one who attends shall be given the greatest gift of life. I'll explain how to get an invitation to anyone who desires.

It's too bad people aren't the same as dogs, otherwise, we would just see each other as, just another doggie, and not what religious affiliation each of us has.

Well the white man put the Native Americans on reservations and have to this date really supported anything they have done. They have broken all treaties that were signed with them decades ago. The US has given more to other minorities than to the Native People of this land. So for them to run their own businesses and be profitable good for them. At least they're still a Proud Nation.

What a bizarre and garbled post. I guess you aren't aware of the Pagan origins of Easter. Maybe you should read up on the fertility symbols of eggs, rabbits and baby chicks and get back to us on your sweeping disapproval.
