I'm sure stories like this will pop up all over the U.S. as regards Obama's poorly planned and poorly managed spendulous.

If you really watched the video footage of the two mayors they said that they applied a few years ago so the problem was "Bush not Obama" and even at the end the mayor said he has been waiting over 3 1/2 years. This means that if Obama gets the Mississippi projects done before the end of his first term then he's way ahead of what Georgie boy never did! The other project they said by September.

Has Obama straightened out the bureaucracy that those mayors were complaining about?

Others are having similar issues.

Commissioner Dick Schouten said a simple Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District trail project missed the cut because of these delays.

"You have two years of red tape for two days of actual construction," Schouten said.

Have you seen the story about the Hawaiian Island that needed a new bridge that washed out in a flood. The bureaucrats said it would take at least two years and millions of dollars to rebuild that thing. A bunch of the beach bums and other good old boys got together and build the thing by hand in 8 days without spending a penny of government money. YES WE CAN was their attitude and they have the bridge for tourist use this summer instead of years from now.

Bureaucracy is not getting much done and we have been with Obama's bureaucracy for 3 months now.

Just think of the governamnt waste and local corrution that is typical of governamnt spenmding that is going to happen. They were bragging about on one these shovel ready projects that will take two more months to begin that is just a roadway project, makes you wander what shovel ready means. Anyone rememebr the cost overruns on teh big dig after governamnt got thru.
