Are you serious? A prisoner complains that they used tear gas to get him out of his cell when he refused orders and that's tantamount to waterboarding, forced nudity, sleep deprivation, being kept in boxes where you can't stand for hours at a time, etc.? Is that your argument? Unbelievable... at least 12 prisoners were tortured to death under Bush but using force to get an uncooperative prisoner out of his cell is the same...
I would like to hear from people in this forum what they think was the appropriate way to treat these individuals.
Just let them eat, sleep, etc?
If you capture individuals that may have information that may save the lives of your fellow citizens. What methods would you use to get it out of them?
Would you try to get information from them or just keep them in detained?
When you are at war with against an enemy, you want to finish it as soon as you can so you can save as many lives on both sides of the issue.
Information from enemy combatant may be useful to defeat the enemy, the sooner the better and the most lives saved.
They just don't want to talk about Obama being reported by CNN to have rejected seeking indictments of DOJ personell. They have to talk about the bone he tossed them to keep them quiet.Then the Spanish AG followed suit in rejecting indicments:CNN reported.
