I'm sure your uncle does know more about the IRS than you since he's an agent and you're not. That being said, what does that have to do with my statement with regards to who writes the dysfunctional laws?

I guess you missed the point of my statement. An IRS agent is required to go by the Constitution and it's admendments if a law is in violation of the Constitution. Unfornately tho, many younger agents do not know this or will decide to go by the new law instead of the Constitution oncerning Intrastate commerce.
