Maybe he decided he had better things to do, or went on vacation, or just needed a break, or any other number of reasons.

I think when you score higher on a test for a promotion but don't get the job because you are white, then yes there is racism against whites.

I don't see what that has to do with racism. It's the same for black kids whose parents make too much. I don't even recall being asked about race when filling out the FAFSA.

I have never experienced discrimination & live in a majority Latino city w/ huge Asian presence. The only discrimination is economical & those who have struggled may resent those living more comfortably. That is why affordable housing is so important & that nobody sleep on the street. People who are poor get discriminated big time by the police.

Racism is an unfortunate phenomena of fear & self-doubt. My work has meant visiting young gang members at night in projects. I never encountered anything but courtesy. I took precautions [locking pc in trunk] because crime is more common in those neighborhoods.

For white people to cry "racism" generally means they also struggle financially & live in high crime areas.

Couldn't say it better and a big It's funny that I am 3rd generation American and 1/2 my family is blamed for slavery because they were white and came to this country. I say half because the other have is from south america. I'm sorry my family didn't like how Germany was handling things back in 1915 and moved to Kentucky.
