For christs sake, you start a thread, ask a question & then refute every single answer you get, not only refuting it but being rude about it in the meantime. Bush cut off funds to overseas family planning clinics that happened to perform abortions. Tell me, is that something that a NON conservative would do? No, Obama reversed that one when he got into office. It has nothing to do w/christian or not. As for continuously refuting being a conservative vs. a republican, are you actually saying that when someone hears the word "conservative" they think of a democrat? No, it is distinctly linked to republicans.

you are the first winner. cutting off funding for family planning overseas is conservative. I don't agree with doing it because they perform abortions, but we shouldn't be giving a single dime to any of those greedy and worthless 3rd world countries. they do nothing but suck at the tit of the american tax payer, and we get nothing from them. so yes, that was conservative of him to do that, but he did it for the wrong reasons.

You forgot the "lying us into a war that's killed over 4,000 Americans" part... that was the best....
I love how only GW Bush lied us into war. I believe Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton. Biden. Many many many democrats before BUSh said Saddam had wmds. Along with the other countries that said he had wmds.
I do believe that congress voted for us to go to war but some how logic is out the window and its just Bush lied us into war.

perhaps you can share what great things we get from third world countries. we certainly give them enough. what do we get from them? refugees? yeah, those are wanted. when they get tired of being a burden in their own country, they'll be ruining a city near you soon. ask those loving liberals in lewiston maine how much they love their somalian refugees. don't hate me for saying what everyone else is afraid to.
I have to disagree with you that Conservatives want to force their beliefs on all. This is much more a Liberal trait than a Conservative one. (Try SEEING with those gd energy saving lightbulbs).
I feel that most Americans, Conservative or Liberal, want basically the same thing, which is to live in a house, have a job and a family, and enough money to have a dignified retirement..these are considered traditional values. The libs, however, while they want to live this way, think it's fine if YOU live on welfare, have illegitimate children if you feel like it, are supported by the prison system for life if you kill someone (because you didn't have the advantages of being raised with traditional values), or have lots of abortions. Hypocritical.

look at somalia. we get refugees and pirates. please give an example of something of worth they contribute to the US. countries that do nothing but take, and give nothing, that is the very definition of worthless.
