The actual number of parties was about half that, and the estimated number of attendees about 1/3.

It's all according to whose estimates you listen to.

I would not attend.

No point, other then, we don't like anything today but we didn't care yesterday, but it's our right to protest, but we didn't like those who protested before cause they were not us.

Official Tax Day TEA Party, July 4th, 2009 I'm sure there will be other websites listing these "Freedom of Speech Celebrations."

I'm thinking of attending the Tea Party in Washington DC on July 4th.

Be prepared for the medias and the Wild-Left's insults. They hate anyone but them using their Free Speech.

Thanks for the link Skipper. I attended two Tea Parties on the 15th and had a great time at both. The one in Kellogg Park, Plymouth, MI rocked! The weather was perfect and the crowd was fired up! I E-mailed my state rep (Geiss D-MI) before the events to see which ones he would be attending, but sadly he had family obligations that kept him from attending. Bet that'll come up in the next election. I saw lots of young people there. They understand that they, more than any other group, will be forced to repay this reckless spending that will do little to help the nation and a lot to help the political careers of the spenders.

A lot of them may not have been counted. The second one I attended (Belleville, MI) doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere on the web. What are you using as a source for your numbers?

Yeah, many of those bearded, heavily tattooed smelly dudes along US 1 biker bars between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach are weekend warriors

Also, wealthy is pretty subjective. Until about a year ago, any Wal-Mart employee could lease a BMW or "buy" a Harley on EZ credit. It's unlikely you have any real evidence to suggest these people actually wealthy by any stretch of the imagination.

Money doesn't impress me. Besides, I have too much of it, ironically from shorting the same stocks these morons lost their (leather) shirt on.

Someone posted a link on here. I can't find it, but here's another one that estimates the total attendance at about 250,000.

I was too busy "laying pipe" and smoking dope after grinding rails and riding the half-pipe to get greasy working on a bike.

Don't worry, after we were done with the boarder chicks in our late 20's and settled down, I'm sure those fine "ladies" floated over to biking as a hobby. Sloppy seconds anyone?

Don't you mean the Faux News Tea Party march?

FreedomWorks...chaired by former GOP House Majority Leader Dick Armey..what a surprise.

Right wing fools, supported and funded by right wing organizations, with a right wing agenda.
