Well, being a smoker, I actually don't think all the research about how awful smoking is for you is actually just a PC angle. I do think it's fact because I am living it.

I hate smoke. Being around it, breathing it, getting itin my hair, etc. It gives me a headache.

All that said, when you go to Vegas it's for vices. Let them smoke their heads off.

Then provide absolute proof that SHS causes any disease. It has to be something that they proved beyond any doubt. You can't because there is none. I smoke also and I am not living it.

So, this mostly caters to folks with at least two addictions: smoking, gambling, and/or drinking.
Rabid anti smoker I may be: such a tweak to Nevada's law is reasonable since age age 20 and younger folks would not be exposed to secondhand smoke any more than now.

Either that or ban smoking in any public place across the board.

I meant how smoking is bad for the smoker. What I mean is, my lungs are badly damaged from smoking, it's my own fault of course, yet I still smoke As far as second-hand-smoke, I don't know the numbers or anything like that. I can only assume that it must be bad for others as well considering it's not good for us smokers. Just consider other types of air pollution from cars, factories, etc. We may not be in that direct environment, however there have been instances where people have been affected by it. I just think that it's kind of obvious that smoke is bad for everyone, not just us smokers.

Then we should ban naughty books, porn, junk food....Mickie D's/KFC/BurgerKing etc should be closed, potato chips, Alchohol........

It's all bad for you....

I say, if you smoke, then go for a burger, and then rent porn to watch with a bottle of wine, you should be on America's Most Wanted.
