Unbelievable they are blaming the jail for not holding the hands of the inmates 24/7 bull sh*t! I am glad they beat him to a infant! SOB got less than he deserves for molesting that poor child!
If I was the jail I would appeal and appeal and keep it in the courts so they never have to pay!!

The only partisan angle I see here is that the dems won't do a d*mn thing about illegal immigration / border security... They need / want the votes, same reason they don't want a photo ID required to vote.... It's OK if the illegals rape our children and our nation in millions of dollars as long as they vote on our side.......
