You're missing the point.
Three different Somalis have said that the "pirate" is 16, but the US judge dismissed them and instead took the word of some cop, who says that Muse confessed to him in private that he was in fact 18 years old. Yeah right, sure. Muse doesn't speak a word of English so how's he going to confess? |

Being a lefty I agree with the anlysis of what has created the situtation for Somalis but being a mere left liberal also says to me that the kid is in deep doodoo of his own making. Even a goat herders son knows that it is a wrong to take someone elses property at gun point.
