While I am no fan of Ann Coulter, Joy (misnomer) Behar could not talk her way out of a paper bag. Not sure how she has survived The View all these years, other than the din of her voice is louder than the rest of the in-the-red IQ bunch. Even "Whoopy" makes more sense....and that is saying much.

I don't see a clear "winner" in this 30 second clip.

I don't see anything in it that makes Ann Coulter look like a "bright political mind." She's a raging bi-atch 99% of the time. If that is your idea of bright...

Cute, no other choices! But do think Ann Coulter at least has the "raw material" to give a good debate. She is too biting and shrill, needs to tone it way down to be credible. Poor Joy just doesn't have the white matter to get up off the floor.
